Ongoing Maintenance Programs

Gutter Bros, LLC offers a steady gutter cleaning service suitable to the homeowners needs.
After the first visit we will send you a proposal with a detailed explanation of how our services work.

Gutter Cleaning Services
On average gutter maintenance consists of two to four cleanings per year. This will depend on the area and location of your home.

Spring/Summer season (End of May thru June)
Debris is usually in gutters from the winter season. Realize too, that trees do shed during the Spring creating debris.

Early Fall(late October thru November)
Due to the enormous amount of Debris(leaves,etc) that falls througout the autumn season we suggest that you have your gutters cleaned early. This will allow the water in your gutters to flow properly and will prevent any overflow.
Late Fall(End of November thru December)
After leaves are down we suggest that a final cleaning be done before freezing weather arrives.
Extra cleanings are offered throughout the year. The Gutter Bros, LLC will clean your Roof, Gutters, Downspouts, Walkways and Porches. All Debris will be removed from your premises.

Repairs and Evaluations
Evaluation of Gutters will be performed and noted if necessary after every cleaning.

Common Repairs (Minor and Major)

b. Repitching of gutters
c. Gutters, Downspouts and Elbows that have pulled away or dented due to major storms.
*Minor gutter repairs will be performed at the same time gutter cleaning is being done with no extra cost(as part of our maintenance program).

Gutter Installation

Installing New Gutters Will Improve The Quality of Your Home By Keeping Heavy Streams Of Water Away. This will prevent Costly Damage To Your Siding, Windows, Foundation, and Fascia Boards. If rotted Fascia Boards are detected when installing gutters, we will notify the home owner(cost will rise) and will thereafter replace rotted wood. New Gutters will then have a strong support system. All Gutters Are Made on The Job Site With Our Heavy Duty Machines Ultimatley Making Your Seamless Gutters.

Seamless Gutters

-Our full length gutters are made without any seams Providing No Leaks.
-End Caps, outlet tubes, elbows, and downspouts all Have Seams. These seams are sealed with industrial caulking, allowing for excellent durability with change of weather.

K Gutters

-are either 5” or 6” in Width, and made from Aluminum(Gage .032) or Copper.

Come In A Variety of Colors Though Most Common Colors are White and Brown.


1/2 Round Gutters

-Gutters are either 5” or 6” in Width, and made from Aluminum(Gage.032) or Copper.

Aluminum vs. Copper
-Aluminum is the most common used and is affordable.
-Copper is highly expensive mainly used to provide an elegant look.

K Gutters vs. 1/2 Round Gutters.
-K Gutters are most commonly used and are seamless.
-1/2 Round Gutters are mainly used to provide more of an antique look and are NOT Seamless.

Hanging Of Gutters

All gutters can be hung In different ways depending on the angel Fascia Board. If Fascia Board is straight gutters are installed with hidden hangers containing screws. Unlike previous methods which used spikes, screws allow for a better grip.

If Fascia Board is on an angle gutters are installed with straps. These straps are attached to the roof or wedges bringing the angle of the gutter out.
Downspout Installation
Downspouts are custom made to suit the aesthetics of your home. We offer multi shaped elbows that fit and wrap around any corner.
Strainer Installation
Strainers prevent clogging of the elbows and downspouts. -These are especially needed when downspouts are connected to underground drain pipes. Without strainers this may lead to clogging of the pipes causing water backup and costly underground repairs.
Gutter Cover Installation
We offer alluminum gutter covers know as Waterloovs. Though the covers are used and may keep some of the debris from getting in the gutters, they are frequently removed because of their inability to keep all debris out. If waterloovs are installed we do not guarantee that gutters will stay clean. Gutter cleaning is imperative at least once per year with this type of system in order to prevent the decomposition of debris. Under heavy rainfall water tends to hit the top of the waterloovs and spill over.
